Höganäs is a technique intensive company with extensive research facilities and close co-operation with customers on development projects. The core business in metal powders is supported by highly skilled metallurgists, complemented by people with a range of engineering backgrounds to support and build end-user product knowledge. Tech. centres in Europe, USA and Asia ensure good service and support in all regions.

The Höganäs PoP (Power of Powder) centre has deposition equipment such as flame spraying, PTA welding and laser cladding. This allows us to build the knowledge required to support customers. Chemical, metallographic and mechanical properties are evaluated in-house.
